The CEO of RPM felt that an environmental, social and governance program was long overdue for his company.

Our goal with this initiative was to share RPM’s ESG message in a way that’s both memorable and uplifting for employees everywhere. We opted for a refined version of children’s art because it connects with people immediately and adds a personal touch that makes the message more relatable. This art draws inspiration from the simple, nostalgic drawings we loved as kids and the ones our own children create today.
